2. Zakres przetwarzanych danych

Strona jest witryną prezentacyjną i zbiera dane osobowe wyłącznie poprzez formularz kontaktowy.

Przetwarzane mogą być:

  • imię i nazwisko,
  • adres e-mail,
  • numer telefonu (jeśli podany),
  • treść wiadomości przesłanej dobrowolnie przez użytkownika.

Administrator nie przetwarza danych wrażliwych.

3. Cele przetwarzania

Dane z formularza kontaktowego przetwarzane są w celu:

  1. Udzielenia odpowiedzi na przesłane zapytanie.
  2. Utrzymania kontaktu związanego z zapytaniem.
  3. Realizacji obowiązków prawnych związanych z komunikacją.

Dane nie są wykorzystywane do marketingu ani profilowania.

4. Podstawa prawna

Przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie:

  • art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO – działania przed zawarciem umowy na życzenie użytkownika,
  • art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO – obowiązki prawne,
  • art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora.

5. Sposób przetwarzania danych

Dane przetwarzane są przy użyciu środków informatycznych i papierowych, zgodnie z zasadami bezpieczeństwa, zapobiegając:

  • utracie,
  • nieuprawnionemu dostępowi,
  • niezgodnemu z prawem wykorzystaniu.

6. Okres przechowywania

Dane są przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do:

  • udzielenia odpowiedzi,
  • dalszej komunikacji,
  • spełnienia wymogów prawnych.

Nie dłużej niż 24 miesiące od ostatniego kontaktu, chyba że przepisy stanowią inaczej.

7. Udostępnianie danych

Dane mogą być przekazywane:

  • dostawcom usług technicznych (hosting, e-mail), działającym jako podmioty przetwarzające.

Dane nie są sprzedawane ani przekazywane nieuprawnionym osobom.

Transfer danych poza UE może mieć miejsce wyłącznie zgodnie z art. 44–49 RODO.

8. Prawa użytkownika

Użytkownik ma prawo do:

  • dostępu do swoich danych,
  • ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania,
  • przenoszenia danych,
  • wniesienia sprzeciwu,
  • cofnięcia zgody, jeśli była udzielona,
  • złożenia skargi do organu nadzorczego.
